The CT3290RA-PRO delivers 500 MHz bandwidth along with accessory compatibility to the popular Tektronix P6139A probe family. This enhanced probe offering includes a readout actuator pin (sense pin), a low noise figure, durable one-piece construction, highly flexible cable, and a complete selection of accessories.
